Pig Vycious BBq

 Pig Vycious BBQ is located in central New York.  We are an awesome mobile 32' commercial kitchen with a 100% wood offset smoker mounted in the rig’s very own smokehouse.  We are capable of doing any size event, music festivals, fairs, international speedways, etc, for numerous days at a time.   We also handle single day events for any size crowd.  We can roll up for weddings, dinner parties, graduations, fundraisers, rodeos, corporate events or any other gathering you can think of, you may even see us on a college campus.  You may also see us at many local breweries or at a winery along the trail.  Chef Joey Maynard / Owner-Operator has taken the bbq classics and put his New York attitude on them creating amazing combinations of flavors that the masses rave about.  Our menu is Super Rad with a variety of smoked meats and toppings along with sides creating a combination for everyone.  Every sandwich has its own signature name and personality  that you'll fall in love with.  Chef Maynard transformed a thought into a reality with his concept and recipes and was able to create amazing food served in a faster than average time to keep the masses moving.  The open truck concept, music playing, smoker smoking and the back and forth banter of the crew is a spectacle you will want to be part of.  Follow us on social media so you can stop and see us at our next show or contact us to book your next gathering or event.
